Fill in the facilitation notes with your content choices + modify the technology notes

Each slide template has a slide in each element that is a place for you to record instructions for the facilitators on what to do and say during the event. Think of it as a script for you to follow. These slides look like this:

As you create the content, also review these notes, and edit them. Once you have designed everything, the hosting team can print them out for use during the memorial.

Remember to remove the Facilitation Support slides (or move them all to the bottom of the presentation) so that they do not appear when you present the presentation during the virtual memorial.
